Natalia Petersky

Natalia Petersky is a Senior Immigration Paralegal at Chenhalls Nissen, S.C. whose work focuses primarily on employment-based immigration, but also includes family-based immigration and naturalization. Natalia is passionate about helping our clients navigate the complicated immigration system.

Prior to joining Chenhalls Nissen, Natalia worked as an Immigration Paralegal for Hochstatter, McCarthy, Rivas, and Runde, S.C. In addition, she previously worked for over 12 years with the American Red Cross before entering the legal field.

Natalia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations. She also has a Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate. Natalia is originally from Bratislava, Slovakia, and is fluent in Slovak, Czech, French, and English, and also speaks intermediate Spanish.
