Stephan Clemens
Stephan Clemens joined Chenhalls Nissen, S.C. as an Associate Attorney in 2023, after interning with the firm during his final year of law school. Stephan primarily handles employment- and family-based visa petitions, as well as applications for permanent residence. Stephan gained an interest in immigration policy and law during his time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a B.A. in International Studies and Arabic. Stephan then attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, gaining practical experience in immigration law as a clinical law student at the University of Wisconsin’s Immigrant Justice Clinic. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Wisconsin Bar Association.
